About this role
The Hospice RN Case Manager supports Otterbein’s hospice ministry within a nonprofit, faith-based senior health organization. The role involves providing compassionate, patient- and family-centered hospice care and participating in Otterbein’s mission-driven services across its communities. This is a full-time position (8am–5pm, Monday–Friday) based in the hospice department.
