Hospice Registered Nurse RN - Case Manager

About this role
Otterbein Hospice is seeking a Hospice RN Case Manager to support the growth of its hospice ministry and deliver compassionate, person-centered end-of-life care. The role is part of a multidisciplinary team in a faith-based, not-for-profit senior living organization and involves coordinating care and family support in patients' homes. This is a full-time weekday position (8am–5pm, Monday–Friday).
