About this role
Ennoble Care is hiring a full-time Hospice RN Case Manager based in or near Chester County, PA. The RN Case Manager is a clinical nursing role within an interdisciplinary team providing in-home hospice care to maximize patient comfort and support caregivers. The position reports to the Director of Nursing and works closely with attending physicians and hospice staff across Ennoble Care’s service areas.
