About this role
The Hospitality Coordinator is a field-based role responsible for ensuring short-term rental homes are clean, stocked, and functional for guests. The coordinator performs inspections, restocks supplies, completes light maintenance, supports turnovers, and responds to in-market guest issues to protect owner properties and guest satisfaction. This role reports to the Team Lead, Hospitality Ops and covers a zone of homes, frequently traveling between properties.
