Hospitality Rotational Program

The program provides a comprehensive, hands‑on learning experience across all major operational departments at Target Hospitality, preparing new talent with practical skills, business acumen, and an end‑to‑end guest experience perspective. Participants rotate through front desk, housekeeping, culinary, and maintenance areas, receive online leadership coursework, mentorship, and complete a capstone project to improve operations.
