Host

This role involves greeting and seating guests, managing the waiting list, and utilizing the seating system to ensure smooth guest flow. The position requires maintaining a clean and organized host area, communicating with servers and managers, and providing excellent customer service. The host is also responsible for answering phone calls, assisting with take-out orders, and supporting other front-of-house and back-of-house tasks as needed.
