Host/Hostess

This position is responsible for greeting guests at the door and seating them in a friendly, professional, and quick manner. The role involves presenting clean menus, managing the floor plan board, and ensuring complete guest satisfaction by exceeding expectations. The host or hostess also handles waiting lists, answers phone inquiries, and maintains the cleanliness of the host area and restrooms.
