House Manager

The House Manager ensures a safe, welcoming, and well-organized front-of-house experience for all guests attending performances and events at Milwaukee Rep. This role oversees lobby operations, supervises front-of-house staff and volunteer ushers, and responds to guest needs in real time to create a positive and accessible environment. The position serves as the primary liaison between patrons, the Ticket Office, and production staff during performances, upholding high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
