Housekeeping Supervisor

The Housekeeping Supervisor directs and controls the activities of Room Attendants and Floor Helpers to ensure the hospital meets its guest satisfaction objectives. This role involves overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of rooms, front and back of the house, and pantries in accordance with hospital standards. The supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of guest satisfaction.
