Housing Allocations Assistant

The Housing Allocations Assistant provides a high‑quality, empathetic service to customers, acting as the first point of contact for the Housing Allocations Team and managing caseloads to allocate and let council homes efficiently and fairly. The role involves conducting property viewings, pre‑tenancy checks, tenancy sign‑ups, and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure sustainable tenancies and minimise rent loss.
