Housing Case Manager

The Housing Case Manager provides trauma-informed services to program participants with multiple barriers to help them achieve and maintain secure, stable, and permanent housing. This role involves assessment, documentation, direct advocacy, and coordination of services to empower participants and connect them with community resources. The position operates within a "housing first" model at Nyer Urness House, a permanent supportive housing facility in Seattle.
