Housing Case Manager

The Housing Case Manager provides trauma-informed case management and support services to program participants, many of whom face multiple barriers such as mental health challenges, substance use, and chronic health conditions. The role focuses on helping individuals achieve and maintain secure, stable, and permanent housing through assessment, direct advocacy, and coordination of community resources. This position is part of Otto’s Place Enhanced Shelter, which offers 24/7 on-site support and intensive case management for male-identifying individuals transitioning off the street.
