Housing Case Manager

The Housing Case Manager provides trauma-informed case management and support services to program participants, many of whom face multiple barriers such as mental health challenges, substance use, and chronic health conditions. The role focuses on helping individuals achieve and maintain secure, stable, and permanent housing through assessment, advocacy, goal setting, and coordination of community resources. This position operates within the Compass Veterans Center in Shoreline, WA, serving a community of Veterans in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
