Housing Case Manager

The Housing Case Manager provides trauma-informed services to program participants facing multiple barriers, such as mental health and substance use challenges, to help them achieve and maintain secure, stable, and permanent housing. This role involves conducting assessments, developing case plans, providing direct advocacy, and coordinating with community resources to stabilize participants' lives. The position supports individuals through engagement, crisis intervention, and the development of life skills within a supportive, emergency housing environment.
