Housing Coordinator-Rapid Rehousing

The Housing Coordinator plays a critical role in helping Veterans access and maintain stable housing through housing navigation, landlord engagement, and coordination with community partners. This position focuses on preventing and ending Veteran homelessness while supporting participants in securing and maintaining permanent housing using a trauma-informed approach. The role involves conducting housing inspections, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to expand affordable housing opportunities.
