Housing Development Administrator

The Housing Development Administrator leads the City of Tucson's efforts to expand and deliver affordable housing by overseeing the planning, financing, and execution of the housing development pipeline. Reporting to the Deputy Director, this role manages multidisciplinary teams and guides projects from site evaluation and deal structuring through entitlements and completion. The position requires strong abilities in navigating complex regulations, securing funding, and building partnerships with developers, architects, investors, and public agencies.
