Housing Navigator

The Housing Navigator supports families at Lucy’s Hearth Shelter in obtaining and maintaining stable housing by building landlord relationships, delivering stabilization services, and teaching essential skills such as budgeting and tenant rights. The role conducts workshops, individual meetings, and participates in resident house meetings in collaboration with the Case Management Coordinator.
