Housing Navigator

The Housing Navigator supports families at Lucy’s Hearth Shelter in securing and maintaining stable housing by building relationships with landlords and delivering housing stabilization services. This role involves equipping residents with essential skills for long-term housing success, such as budgeting and navigating the rental process. The position requires collaboration with the Case Management Coordinator to empower families toward self-sufficiency.
