Housing Navigator

The Housing Navigator connects highly vulnerable community members experiencing homelessness to community services, employment, and income growth, with a focus on transitioning from homelessness to housing. The role utilizes crisis response, harm-reduction, and trauma-informed care principles to build trusting relationships and deliver wrap-around housing stability services. This position floats between multiple programs in Multnomah and Washington Counties, conducting assessments, housing searches, and coordinating resources to support long-term wellness.
