Housing Resource Specialist

The Housing Resource Specialist supports program operations by filling gaps across housing and supportive service programs to ensure continuity of services and compliance with funding requirements. This role carries a caseload to deliver case management and supportive services that promote housing stability while maintaining accurate documentation and representing the organization at community meetings. The position requires travel throughout the service area to provide in-person, in-home, and advocacy services as necessary.
