Housing Specialist

The Housing Specialist assists chronically homeless individuals and families in York and Durham Regions with obtaining and maintaining stable accommodation through case management. Responsibilities include procuring housing via landlord engagement, providing critical time intervention, offering financial and life skills support, and facilitating residency in the community. The role requires direct service delivery via home visits and telephone, alongside administrative case note management.
