Housing Specialist

The Housing Specialist serves on an interdisciplinary team to secure stable, permanent housing for unsheltered single adults at the Baxter Safe Haven. The role involves conducting housing eligibility assessments, preparing clients for housing applications and interviews, and facilitating workshops to help clients acquire and maintain independent housing.
