Housing Specialist

The Housing Specialist conducts screenings, assessments, and counseling to coordinate housing placements for homeless individuals with histories of mental illness, substance use, and/or HIV/AIDS. This role involves linking participants to appropriate transitional and permanent housing options while advocating for their needs with various agencies and landlords. The position requires building rapport with clients and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery and successful housing outcomes.
