Housing Stability Worker

The Housing Stability Worker provides flexible, person-centred floating support to individuals with a history of drug and/or alcohol use to help them sustain tenancies, prevent homelessness, and improve overall wellbeing. This predominantly outreach-based role involves intensive tenancy sustainment support for individuals moving on from recovery housing, residential rehabilitation providers, prison, hospital, and other settings. The position requires proactive engagement with landlords, housing providers, and local authorities to reduce evictions and tenancy breakdowns while promoting independence and recovery goals.
