Housing Stabilizer

The Housing Stabilizer provides intensive, home- and community-based case management to medium to high acuity households transitioning out of homelessness, coordinating services such as housing stabilization, health care, and income support. The role involves trauma-informed, harm reduction, and Housing First approaches, field-based outreach across Los Angeles County, and collaboration with community partners to ensure client stability and well‑being.
