HR Administration

This role serves as the HR administration backbone for the Odessa facility, focusing on HR systems accuracy, recruiting coordination, and employee relations documentation. The position acts as the first point of contact for employees and supervisors on routine HR matters while supporting the HR Manager with day-to-day execution. It involves maintaining data in HR systems, coordinating recruiting logistics, and ensuring compliance documentation is accurate and current.
