HR Administrator

This role sits within OEC's International HR Shared Services team, delivering core HR processes across the full employee lifecycle from an on-site location in Meriden. The position serves as the first point of contact for employees and managers, handling routine HR enquiries and ensuring compliance with UK employment law and ACAS guidance. The incumbent will coordinate onboarding, recruitment support, and employee record management while escalating complex or sensitive matters to the HR Manager.
