HR Administrator

The HR Administrator provides administrative and project support to the Human Resources Department while assisting with employee inquiries and serving as the main point of contact for onboarding and clearance processes. This role involves managing onboarding workflows, processing monthly reports, and maintaining compliance with various clearance and licensing requirements. The position also includes providing backup coverage for HRIS and reception duties, as well as supporting agency audits and interdepartmental coordination.
