About this role
The HR Advisor (Regional, QC and East Coast) supports the Store Human Resources function across Quebec and the East Coast, focusing on employee and labour relations, talent management, and HR best practices. Reporting to the Regional Human Resources Business Partner, the role partners with franchisees and store managers and involves regular store visits and regional travel. This is a hybrid position with the ability to work remotely when not traveling to stores.
