HR Advisor

The HR Advisor serves as a trusted partner to academic and administrative leaders within the VPRI, providing a full range of HR services including staffing, compensation, benefits administration, and labour relations. The role involves offering professional guidance on policies and collective agreements, managing performance dialogues, and supporting recruitment and organizational development initiatives. This position requires independent work alongside a team of HR professionals to handle conflict negotiation, change management, and complex employee relations matters.
