About this role

The HR Business Partner will support Rubrik’s Americas GTM organization with a focus on Marketing, Channel, and SDR teams, acting as a strategic advisor to senior leaders to align people priorities with business objectives. The role reports to the global head of GTM Business Partnering and is based in Palo Alto with an expectation to be onsite three days per week. It will help shape organizational design, leadership development, and talent strategies to scale HR solutions across the business.
