HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner serves as a key partner to managers and teams, ensuring the continuity of local HR functions and aligning practices with the Group's HR strategy, business objectives, and French and Monégasque regulations. This role involves managing all HR matters for French and Monégasque entities, including performance management, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. The position requires a generalist HR professional with expertise in both French and Monégasque labor laws, fluent in English, and capable of thriving in a multicultural, international environment.
