HR Compliance Associate

The HR Compliance Associate supports compliance and administrative processes across a multi-state organization, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws, including federal contractor requirements. The role involves drafting policies, managing compliance audits, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain up-to-date processes and reporting. This position reports to the HR Operations Manager and works within the HR Operations team.
