HR Compliance Manager

The HR Compliance Manager at Wheels Up is responsible for maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. This role involves partnering with leadership and legal counsel to develop, implement, and revise HR policies, while also serving as the central point of contact for HR policy-related questions. The position requires working at least 4 days in-office at the Member Operations Center in Chamblee, GA.
