HR Compliance Specialist

The HR Compliance Specialist at Build‑A‑Bear is responsible for overseeing multi‑state HR compliance, managing the enterprise compliance calendar, and ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations. The role partners with HRIS, Payroll, Legal, and field leadership to monitor regulatory changes, conduct audits, and provide guidance and training across the organization.
