The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a trusted partner within People Operations, providing leadership and expertise across employment compliance, HR operations, and team member lifecycle administration. This role is responsible for identifying and mitigating employment risk, strengthening HR practices and controls, and partnering with leaders to ensure consistent, compliant practices across Keeley Companies. The position oversees compliance related to onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and employment practices while serving as a knowledgeable resource on company benefits programs and team member inquiries.
