About this role

The People / HR Controller will lead personnel expense forecasting and headcount planning while partnering with cost center owners and leadership to deliver accurate workforce financial planning. This role sits within the People Systems & Analytics subteam and will also help establish and configure the personnel expense (PEX) controlling module in the HRIS to enable scalable, data-driven planning. Based in Berlin with a hybrid working setup, the position is highly visible and contributes to strategic workforce planning and People digitization across an international team.
