About this role
The HR Coordinator will support Richemont’s Fashion & Accessories brands across North America, partnering with HR and business leaders to coordinate recruitment, talent development, benefits, HR operations, and internal communications. The role involves maintaining HRIS data, generating reports, and supporting employee relations and performance management initiatives. It reports to the Senior HR Manager and works closely with Richemont Americas HR Centers of Expertise.
