HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator serves as the primary on-site HR point of contact for employees and supervisors at the Hopewell, VA location, providing support across payroll administration, recruiting, onboarding, labor relations, and general HR operations. This role partners closely with the Plant Manager to support workforce needs, employee engagement, and day-to-day administrative operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. The position plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to employees and plant leadership within the Human Resources function.
