HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the HR team within a 24/7/365 mission-driven organization. This role supports managers and employees across various shifts with day-to-day HR needs throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruiting coordination, onboarding, employee records, leave and license tracking, training coordination, HR reporting, and compliance activities. The HR Coordinator maintains accurate and confidential employee information, follows established policies and procedures, and works closely with the HR team to ensure timely completion of HR processes and employee requests.
