About this role
The HR Director will lead HR service delivery for Wilhelmsen employees across South Asia and Oceania, with local operational HR responsibility in Malaysia and leadership of regional HR teams. The role reports to the Vice President HR, Global Business Services and is part of the global HR management team, partnering with senior business stakeholders to drive the people agenda. The position supports digital HR transformation and continuous improvement of HR practices and tools.
