The HR Generalist at Airbnb is a senior Employee Experience partner responsible for delivering timely, accurate HR services across the employee lifecycle with a primary focus on Latin America. The role partners cross-functionally with COEs and business teams to ensure compliance, support talent programs, and drive regional HR strategy (notably in Brazil and Mexico). It also involves advising managers and employees, supporting cyclical programs, and representing EX in regional forums. The position is based in São Paulo and operates in a hybrid work model.
