The HR Generalist supports the full employee lifecycle by delivering day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and people initiatives. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract in Greece with possibility of extension or conversion to permanent based on business needs. The role acts as a trusted partner to employees and managers to ensure consistent application of HR policies and alignment with global HR standards.
