HR Generalist

The Town of Smithfield is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to lead benefits and retirement administration for its team. This role involves managing health, dental, vision, life, and voluntary benefits, as well as overseeing VRS enrollment, reporting, and reconciliation. The position also supports recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations while serving as a backup to the HR Director.
