HR Generalist

The HR Generalist supports Healthy Start's mission by ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, and coordinating training initiatives. This role focuses on employee engagement, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating a positive employee experience across the organization. The position reports to the Human Resources Director and collaborates closely with leadership to execute HR strategy and standard operating procedures.
