The HR Manager is a hands-on, employee-focused role based in Boulder, CO, reporting to the Global Head of HR Operations & Programs. The position serves as a local HR presence while contributing to global HR processes, systems, and documentation standards. The manager supports the employee population and acts as a connector between HR Operations, HRBPs, and leadership to help strengthen HR systems and the overall employee experience.
