The HR Operations Specialist / HR Generalist will support Testlio’s growing employee and contractor population across EMEA and APAC, owning HR systems, processes, and compliance. Reporting to the Director of People Operations, this remote role partners with managers, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and external vendors to ensure a smooth, human-centered employee lifecycle. The role emphasizes building scalable, well-documented processes and maintaining data integrity while supporting global, asynchronous work practices.
