About this role

This role oversees the HR function for OVRSEA across four countries during a major integration following a three-way merger. The position manages a small local HR/Office team while coordinating closely with HR teams from the other entities to harmonize policies, processes, and tools at group level. It also plays a key part in shaping group culture and supporting employees and managers through organizational change. The job is based in Paris or Lyon within a fast-growing, international freight-forwarding tech company.
