HEXPOL
The HR Manager will develop, coordinate, and administer all Human Resources processes, policies, and procedures to support the strategic business objectives of HEXPOL. This role covers the Akron and Barberton plants, managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and safety compliance.
