HEXPOL
This role is responsible for developing, coordinating, and administering all Human Resources processes, policies, and procedures to support the strategic business objectives of HEXPOL. The position involves managing recruitment, payroll, benefits, and associate relations while ensuring compliance with safety and employment regulations. The incumbent will also supervise HR personnel if applicable and represent the department in internal and external audits.
